Everything you need to know
You earn 4% of your referred customer's first year of net subscription ARR. The maximum commission per single referral is $25,000 USD. Commission is calculated excluding setup fees, implementation costs, taxes, and third-party services.
A warm introduction means you directly connect the prospect to Harri's sales team, resulting in the prospect agreeing to and attending an initial meeting (in-person or virtual) within 3 months of your referral submission. The prospect must also be entered into our Salesforce system as an Opportunity linked to your submission.
Commissions are paid within 30 days after the close of Harri's fiscal quarter, following the successful go-live of your referred customer. A completed IRS Form W-9 is required before any payment can be processed.
If Harri or another referring party has contacted the prospect within the last 60 days, or if the prospect is already a Harri customer, the referral will not qualify for a commission. We recommend checking with us before submitting if you're unsure.
For enterprise opportunities with sales cycles reasonably expected to exceed 6 months, Harri and the referring party can mutually agree in writing to extend the eligibility window. This extension is at Harri's sole discretion.
